The Little Brown Church In The Valley

David had a desire to build the temple for the Lord. He found favor before God and his desire was met through his son Solomon, who built the temple of the Lord. The material that was utilized to build the temple came from different parts of the world. These materials came together from all these locations, for one purpose, to fulfill the commandment of God.

Who is Brother Earl Martin?

Brother Earl Martin is a man that was ordained by the End-time Prophet of God, Brother William Marrion Branham. He prayed over Brother Earl Martin on that day when he prayed over a lot of preachers in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we lay hands, again, on our Brother Martin. We send him, Lord, to the utmost parts that Thou has ordained that he should go; wherever it is, many or few, by-ways, highways, hedges, if it be. Wherever it is, Lord, may Your blessings be with him. We lay our hands upon him as we bid him Your speed and give him our blessings, that the Spirit that’s upon us, Lord, may go with him, and will guide him and direct him to the lost souls out in the hedges and highways. We send him, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
God bless you, Brother Martin. Go now, and the Lord be with you.

Brother Earl Martin’s Commission

Brother Branham prayed, and said, “Lord, let the Spirit that is upon us go upon Brother Martin,” and “We send him to the highways and the hedges.” That was the last call, to go out into the highways and the hedges. Brother Earl Martin was sent out under that commission, to go out into the highways and the hedges. God vindicated this prayer, and He has continued to vindicate this prayer everywhere Brother Martin has taken the gospel of our day with signs and wonders. Is not this in line with the Book of Acts? Who has believed our report? To whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? For I work a work in your days, a work which ye shall in no wise believe, though a man declares it unto you. God has come to show you and to demonstrate to you the Holy Ghost. As it was with David, here is another Thus Saith The Lord in your hometown by this son of God, Brother Earl Martin.

In these last days, our Pastor, Brother Earl Martin was inspired to build a tabernacle for the Lord. Just like Solomon was instructed and led by God, Brother Earl Martin was led by the Holy Spirit through prophecy, to the location, the name, along with the design, and even led by the Holy Spirit to the suppliers of the materials that would be used to construct this tabernacle.

The Holy Spirit began to speak through prophecy that the Lord was going to give us a church. We had been out on the road with a tent ministry for about three years. Of course, since prophecy is in part, we did not understand where this new church would come from, we just assumed it may be an old building that was not being used anymore and we looked everywhere we could think of to find such a building.

As time went on Brother Earl Martin had purchased some property and felt that he would give a piece of land in a field beside Owl Creek Rd. in Royal, Arkansas. A little while later the Holy Spirit began to make things clearer. He told us that when we built the new tabernacle, we would wrap it in Cedar. He told us that we would name the church Wildwood Tabernacle, because others would refer to us as a wild bunch.

We continued to pray for instruction, and then the Holy Spirit began to speak on a Wednesday morning, during a prayer meeting. “You will get up at daylight on Saturday morning and the wind will be blowing in the timber. You will follow the wind, and I will lead you to the spot to build the church. I will lead you by the wind as I led David by the wind in the Mulberry Bush”. Now who knows what the wind is going to be doing at daylight three or four days in advance? When Saturday morning came, I woke at daylight and the wind was blowing loud in the timber. I got on my four-wheeler following the wind, through the woods, and the wind led me towards the road, however still in the timber, to a cedar tree. I stood by the cedar tree while the wind was whirling above my head. Friends I want you to know, the same God that spoke to David is still alive today, He led me to this cedar tree, and He foretold the time and place!

So, I began to visualize the church located here in the timber, and a pathway or walkway out to the road, where we could make extra parking. And then the Holy Spirit began to speak to me through prophecy, about the walkway and the bloody footprints, me not even realizing that there was a thorn tree right beside where this walkway would be.

The Lord continued to give direction. He spoke and said,” Go to Delight, Arkansas''. It is about 50 miles away. He said, “There will be a delight come out of Delight. Look up a man by the name of Gregory.” And since we had received instruction about taking the tent to Delight, I felt like this might be someone who could help us find a location for our next tent meeting. So, Brother Curtis Gibson and I went to Delight, Arkansas. Now, this is a small town. I found his phone number and tried to call him, but he did not answer. We went back another day, still unable to contact Gregory. We began asking around about a possible empty lot on the city property. We were told by the locals to contact Glen Campbell ‘s nephew as he takes care of this ball field. After contacting the nephew's wife, she said, "He is not home now, but I will take you to where he is working." As we drove up to meet the man, we could see construction in progress on a log home. I said to Brother Curtis, “Right there is what I think we will use to build this new church.” He said, “But we do not have money for these logs.” I said, “Well, it is on my heart and I was instructed by Brother Branham (the Laodicean Prophet Messenger) years ago, “Do what is in your heart, for the Lord is with you.” So, I asked the man, "Where did you get those cedar logs.'' He replied, "In Melbourne, AR.” I asked for contact information and I asked him to also write his name on the card.  When I looked at the name, IT WAS GREGORY. So, returning home, I told the saints, “We are going to build a cedar log church,” yet there is no money. One brother spoke up and said, “Maybe you can just use cedar log siding, because we cannot afford any cedar logs.” I asked Brother Curtis Gibson to go see the owner of Mill Creek Logs in Melbourne, about 200 miles away. Brother Curtis said, “What do you want me to tell him?” I said, “Tell him we want to build a cedar log church.” Bro Curtis went to Melbourne and told the man, "My pastor sent me to see you because he wants to build a cedar log church. The man replied, “I give discounts to churches.” After discussing the dimensions that we had, the man thought we needed about $12,000 worth of logs. The man said, “I will knock $4000 off the price”. Then the man asked, "How did you know about me?" Brother Curtis told him, “We were in prayer and the Lord called out a name through prophecy, of a man that bought logs from you, and instructed us to look that man up.”   The man asked, “What was his name?" Brother Curtis replied, "Gregory." The man asked, “What are you all, some kind of a cult?” Brother Curtis said, "No, we are just Christians and we pray, and the Lord speaks through the gift of prophecy and tells us places to go, and we obey His bidding. We do not believe in pulling for offerings, and we are not part of any denomination." The man held out his arms and said, "I do not know how my giving balances out with the Lord, but I just want to give you all the logs to build the church." When we went back up there to get the logs, Brother Curtis said, “I think we are going to need more logs.” The man responded, “Yes, it looks like you are going to need $ 18,000 worth of logs instead of $ 12,000 worth of logs. Brother Curtis said, “Well, my pastor asked how you want us to pay for them.” And the man said, “Oh, no! I am a man of my word. I am going to give them logs to you.” So, he gave us $ 18,000 worth of logs. This man’s name was Gene. He never came to see the tabernacle after construction, but we put up a sign with his name, knowing that God will remember him on that day, when The Books are opened!

As we stated earlier, we had been on the road in a tent ministry. The Lord had led us to Paradise, PA. During the meetings there, a brother named Brother Long had a daughter that was deaf, and she was healed during the meetings.  As we were starting construction on the church, Brother Earl Martin was visiting by phone with Brother Long regarding this testimony about the logs.  Brother Long asked, “Does anyone there know how to cut these logs?” Brother Earl Martin answered, “No, we do not have experience with log construction.”  Brother Long volunteered to come down and lead the construction of the building. Brother Earl Martin told him that we did not have money to pay for his labor. Brother Long came anyway and did all the cuts and supervised log construction. The Lord gave him a dream, showing him a home place/farm close by, after the church was completed. He found the property matching his dream and purchased, still lives there today. Brother Long also helped Brother Curtis with the dome, taking it by trailer to Pennsylvania and covering with copper. I do not know what we would have done without him, the Lord brought him at the perfect time!

The Lord also brought a Brother Mike McBee from Idaho. This brother led the installation of the metal standing seam roof, another task we had no experience with.

The design given by inspiration to Brother Curtis was an octagon shape with a three-layer dome on top. Brother Curtis had instructions that the dome would resemble Thomas Jefferson’s home Monticello. He went and visited the home to see the design in person. The Holy Spirit spoke, “That you may know it is Me, and the design is right, just watch the Tabloid papers, the picture will come out in the Tabloid paper.” In a couple of weeks, on the front page of a Tabloid, there was the picture of Monticello. They had written a story regarding Thomas Jefferson fathering a child from one of the slave girls. However, DNA proved this child was from his brother’s DNA. There was the house just like the Lord had spoken! Brother Earl Martin recalls there were many people who witnessed this and saw the paper.

The Lord led Brother Earl Martin to get a bell and that it was to be rung before each service. The Lord, then gave him a song about wedding bells in a dream. "The Wedding Bells are ringing now in Heaven, I can hear those bells now ringing, loud and clear. And as those Bells keep ringing, they are calling me to that Wedding Supper in the Air."

This Tabernacle is a great Delight to us, led Supernaturally step by step. We cordially invite all to Come and See the tabernacle that God provided for us.
